BigShock: 8 Policemen Killed By Criminals In Shooting
The Whole Incident Took Place when police team tried to search for history-sheeter Vikas Dubey. KANPUR: Eight Uttar Pradesh Police personnel, including SP Devendra Mishra, were killed when they fired the criminals on Thursday night. The Senior Superintendent of Police & IG reached the spot with forensics teams, they carried out examination of the area. The Police had gone to raid the house of history-sheeter Vikas Dubey, who is also there accused for killing, UP Minister Santosh Shukla in 2001. When the Police reached the spot, the criminals opened indiscriminate fire killing Shivrajpur SO Mahesh Yadav, CO Devendra Mishra among 6 others. Four cops are critically injured in that encounter. The incident happened in Bikru village under Chaubepur police station limit. The SO of Chaubepur police station, Kaushendra Pratap Singh has also got a bullet injury in the encounter.
